Andy and I really enjoy hosting these sessions. Not only is it a great way to introduce people to another side of their cup of coffee, it is great to meet other coffee enthusiasts who live in the neighbourhood, or who travel to Leslieville to join us.
For this session, we cupped Kenya AA, Ethiopia Sidamo, and an Organic Peru Chanchamayo. As we put our noses to the samples, we smelled Canned Tomatoes, Blueberries, and Cigars . When we slurped the coffee, we could taste lemon, peach, blueberry, dry spice and roasted nuts.
